Dr. Audrea Vaughan
Has always had a passion for many things. She is a board certified family practice concierge physician residing in South Florida. She strives to stay active within the local communities through memberships with Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the Dade and Broward County Medical Associations. Though practicing medicine is a passion, she enjoys tapping into the arts through various media such as acrylic painting, home design, hairstyling and so many other activities. She loves to the see the creativity of her mind come alive. Audrea loves to travel and connect with people which is interestingly how she created the idea for DREAMS. “The presence or absence of a strong mentor can impact one’s life in such an irrevocable way and I want to make myself available to impact our future generation in a positive way”, she says recalling the impact strong role models had in her own life.

Dr. Dora Ngwang
Is a double boarded Pediatric anesthesiologist and Adult Anesthesiologist in Atlanta , GA . She is also the CO-Founder and CEO of the SOMA initiative and a very active board member at UNICEF. Dr. Dora Ngwang was born in Oklahoma City , OKC. At the young age of 4 yrs old she and her family moved to Cameroon, West Africa where she was raised and spent the majority of her youth until High school when she moved back to the Unted States. Based on her experinece both from Africa and in the United States . Dr. Dora Ngwang hopes to empower the youth with knowldge and education which in turn will hopefully erradicate educational inequalities leading to world change . Dr. Dora Ngwang loves dogs, animals and everything outdoors . She also hopes to get young women and youth more engaged in outdoor activities and to prioritize health. She participates in many other orgaanizations and is an active member in her community.

Rochelle Rice
Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, now resides in Savannah, Georgia along with her 21 year old daughter. Affected and displaced by life-altering effects of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, she reestablished herself in Georgia returning to school a bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2011 and a Masters degrees in Social Work in 2013. She has a diverse set of experiences working in the hospital system and currently works as a traveling Case Manager. Rochelle enjoys her work as it allows for her to meet new people and experience other cultures while constantly enhancing her professional social work skills. Rochelle’s attributes her desires to work with D.R.E.A.M.S. to simply wanting to further explore the vastness of Good that can be shared amongst people. Rochelle feels that “People are People” and it “Enriches us all when we’re simply open to learning from each other”. Haven been fortunate to have several personal and professional role models in her life, Rochelle feels that it is important to give back. D.R.E.A.M.S. Inc. is yet another opportunity for her to do just that.

Michelle Wise
Was born in Kingston, Jamaica. She attended St. Hugh’s High School with D.R.E.A.M.S. International founder Dr. Audrea Vaughan. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University and a MBA from Barry University. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, working out and hiking. Mrs. Wise is drawn to the organization’s mission to help young women develop and grow to reach their full potential. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and daughter.

Bianca Geter
Is a native of Freeport, Bahamas currently residing in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has been a registered nurse for the last 18 years and currently works in the intensive care unit. Bianca enjoys taking care of her patients as well as educating them and their families. She has a passion for travel and an adventurer of new cultures and opportunity. She is also an artist and specializes in creative designs including customized epoxy and rhinstoned tumblers.

Tissania Mcnairn
Resides in New York City with her family. She has over twenty years experience as a senior paralegal with one of the largest firms in the Northeast United States. She also invests in supporting real estate development in predominantly underserved communities. She loves to travel and explore wherever she can.
